Over the last 20 years Miami has become a popular destination for commercial and fashion shoots. Due in part to its lovely weather, it is booked for shoots all year round. A large number of agencies have made this city their home base. These agencies tend to book their talent locally and are well represented within the commercial, television and print arenas. Many NYC based magazines actually shoot in Miami, as well as some European magazines, which opens the door to the international modeling circuit.
